Q. What are Slow-Mag® Tablets?
Slow-Mag® Tablets are an enteric-coated dietary supplement.

Q. What do Slow-Mag® Tablets contain?
Each 2 tablet serving of Slow-Mag® Tablets contains 128 mg of elemental magnesium and 212 mg of calcium.

Q. What foods can I eat to help increase my magnesium intake?
Common food sources of magnesium include: nuts, seeds, fish, beans, green leafy vegetables, whole grain cereals, orange juice, and chocolate.

No. According to a Gallup study, an estimated 80% of Americans report an inadequate daily dietary intake of magnesium.

As a dietary supplement, take 2 tablets daily or as directed by your physician.

Q. Are there any factors that can deplete my magnesium levels?
Yes. Poorly controlled diabetes, chronic or excessive vomiting or diarrhea, loop/thiazide diuretics (water pills) and digoxin can all deplete magnesium levels. High alcohol intake has also been associated with magnesium deficiency.
